I wanted something to bounce around the house (inside/outside) that was comfortable enough to wear all day with socks but durable enough to survive a variety of projects. I've had these shoes many months, and they have shown no visible signs of wear. They are still as comfortable as the day I received them and still look great. They never felt tight on my foot but always felt snug enough that I never worried about climbing ladders or walking the neighborhood or being on my feet for a lengthy time. My shoes arrived with a strong floral fragrance - I decided to keep them anyhow. It's too much of a slipper to be a show. But since it has a hard sole and rough inner upper, it's an odd slipper. After I ordered it and actually saw it, it just sat in a corner unused until it occured to me I could wear them barefoot as sneakers in the house. That's what I use them for now. These are nice light shoes with very aggressive sole treads. Fairly comfortable to wear. The biggest issue is they are difficult to slide on your feet. The foot opening is tight and not easy for an older person like myself to put on. They provide a small cloth grab loop at the back of the shoe to help pull them on, but the loop is too small to be of much use. Maybe if I was a younger man with better flexibility I'd like these more. I'll give these to my grandson and try finding something better. ... show more
