I don't know what the other reviewers are going on about saying these fit too tight lol. If anything they are a bit loose. I'm 5'8 195lbs, fit, and workout 6 days per week. I bought 2 mediums. They definitely have some breathing room, but not overly loose. They fit just about right for me. Sleeves are on the longer end...thats my main complaint (can't show off the guns lol). Also, these aren't tapered, so if you have a slight gut, you'll be fine. Waist is loose on me. Quality is really really good, and super soft and comfortable. Not bad for $17 a piece. I'm 5'9", 190 stocky build, and I wear a size Large comfortably. I ordered these last summer in size large, but they just weren't long enough and weren't easy to take on or off,too tight around the chest and arms. I ordered up a size for this summer, and they're a bit long which is perfect as I keep them tucked in for work, and they fit like a large tall, which is perfect!
