I typically wear a 2x in regular clothes but an XL for scrubs. I love these! Very comfortable and i spilled a bunch of water on them at work and it dried within 10 minutes. They have a total of 5 pockets for all my Healthcare workers that keep everything in their pockets. The only complaint I have about all my scrub pants (all med couture, just different styles) the draw string always comes out when I wash them, no matter what. I don't know if it's a user error or what but good thing they fit well without it. ... show more

These pants are awesome. Light weight, stretchy, breathable, smooth, and so so comfortable! The elastic top is my favorite part. They dont fall down when you are working. Definitely buying a bunch more!

I'm 5'4 127 lbs, I ordered size small, the length is good but waistline a little big, have to use ties to keep up. Otherwise, nice light material and comfy.

    • THE BEST SCRUBS. SO STRETCHY

I am 5'4" 200lbs. I have a butt. I wear XL petite and find them true to size. I'm borderline when it comes to needing petite sizing but I hate when scrubs touch the floor and I'm not brave enough for jogger style just yet. These are the best, most comfortable scrubs. I've been buying them for years and each pair still looks like new. I have them in black and for them not to fade , especially when they get washed after every shift, would be the most impressive feature if not for how comfortable they are. The fabric is unlike any other I have tried. Its super thin and soft and so, so stretchy. Figs are comparable, softer more cotton blend probably but not as stretchy . I also find these hold up better over time. I have never worn a pair out. The zipper on the side pocket has broken before I have worn a hole in the thighs or torn the seams on these guys. You get your moneys worth out of these for sure. Even the drawstring holds up! I just cannot stress the STRETCH of these pants. I am able to move so freely in these and the thick waistband allows you to bend over and squat without risking a crack attack. (I also wear high waisted underwear, but that's another hack for another day.) The thin cool fabric is also perfect for summer if you are looking for a lighter pant, it doesn't stick to your skin at all. By far my most favorite pair of scrub pants. These scrubs are comfortable, breathable, and lightweight. They do run slightly large, which is ok with me as I don't like skin tight scrubs. I can easily move/bend/squat in these scrubs and not have to worry about the fabric ripping. I will definitely be purchasing more sets!

I really like how comfortable these scrubs are during my long days at work. They tear really, really easily, especially if your thighs rub together. I also found a hole in the buttocks area.
