The rear bumper I ordered came with some slight damage. Called the number on the box. A real person answered the call and in a couple minutes had me taken care of. Didnt have to deal with Amazon. As far as the bumper itself. It looks good fit great and took less than an hour to remove my old and put the new one on. It came primered, so before install, I carefully removed the plastic top cap and put a couple coats of Black Semigloss Rustoleum paint on it.
