They weren’t as strong as I would have liked them to be, and they should have been a half inch longer , they so they won’t end up falling off the frame, had a little problem with them moving and falling off but needed them , just praying they don’t pop, or crack and I end up on the floor, may get a 4 inch box spring to replace the slats. ... show more

Purchased this to support a foam mattress in an old twin bed frame. It was super easy, simply unrolled. Also will be easier to move than a platform. It is not super strong, so don’t know how well it work on a larger bed.

(Review for heavy duty queen slats) This is a perfect bunkie board/ slats replacement for specific bed frames. Other reviewers did not do their homework on what they needed for their particular frames. These heavy duty slats were perfect for my needs and fit my bed frame exactly as needed. Both the length and width as described were correct, which I measured to be sure of the fit before ordering. If you have a bed frame which came with similar slats or bunkie board, these will probably work, but measure to be sure. If you know what you are ordering, these are an excellent replacement. The purpose for my purchase was to replace 'sprung' slats which came with my Ikea platform bed. I do not like the feel of sprung slats, so these were great. The actual slats span the entire width of the mattress, are sturdy and wider than the ones I'm replacing, and have less than 3 inches of space between slats, which is required to stay in warranty by some mattress manufacturers (like Purple). The box that is ships in will be heavier/larger than most packages (as expected), so you may need assistance with unboxing and 'installing' on your bed frame. ... show more

We bought this for our crib to full conversion rail kit. It works in the end, but I have several issues. 1. It is wider than our "Full", we had to cut about 1.5 inches off the side 2. It is cheap brittle board. The boards do not stay in place without being screwed down, but the boards are so brittle half of them split when screwing in a thin screw to hold in place 3. The spacing between the slats is not uniform. The fabric we hoped would provide a nice guide for placement is not well placed. 4. Not well sanded, some portions carry a splinter risk. ... show more

I had to replacement for the slats in my bed. I measured what I needed and this had the closest width for my queen size bed. The slats are thick and seemed to be heavy duty. This was 3/4 - 1 inch shorter to where the slats would sit on the lip and could not move. Because it was shorter than normal, Every time the mattress moved, one or two slats would fall off from the bed frame. I finally screwed the slats to the bed frame so it cannot move. ... show more
