I didn't want to put out a lot of money just to store miscellaneous. tools in a closet, but, I have enough that a storage cardboard box becomes untrustworthy. I assumed, as I'm not any kind of professional tool-owner or user, that I needed a tool box that could handle some weight, and not break. These boxes work for that purpose. The one thing I would say about sturdiness (I rated a 4) is that the body of the largest box, the one that holds the most weight, can torque a little when it is heavy with tools. When that happens, the snaps on the lid are a little off and so don't snap/lock properly. All this means is that I have to nudge the frame of the box back into a proper rectangle, and the snaps pop right in. I'm happy with these tool boxes. ... show more
