  • Works like oil
Used this oil in metric bikes with no problems. Using the touch and sniff method of analysis it seemed to still be doing it's job when I changed the oil at recommended intervals. Cost less than other synthetic oils and gets the job done.

  • V-Twin Formula= Harley Davidson Formula (not for common crankcase v-twins)
I believe the reviewers comments about their H-Ds, & I’m sure this product works well (on a short oil change interval-it’s no replacement for synthetic). While I didn’t have any clutch difficulty (product mentions nothing about containing wet clutch friction modifiers), I found the Freedom 106 in my Victory was extremely difficult to downshift, causing an unsafe condition, as I’m usually depending on some help from engine compression to slow down, but instead I found myself stomping down repeatedly on the shift lever with the clutch in, often having to dip into the ABS function to stop. Sometimes it’d shift down, a little or a lot (I once let the clutch out in 1st at around 30mph-luckily didn’t get hi-sided), but you can’t tell what gear you ended up with until you let the clutch out, & the shift indicator compares ratios & displays a number (takes a second or two). Anyone with a common crankcase motorcycle engine (pretty much everything besides H-D) should go with a regular 4-stroke oil formulation. I’m replacing this, after just over 200 miles, with Maxima’s 20w50 ester-based synthetic oil (does contain wet clutch friction modifiers) & a WIX xp filter, as the Fram I used with this oil is at least 1” shorter (these are spin-on filters). The aforementioned oil is currently only about $3.xx/gal. more expensive than the conventionally, mineral oil based product that is the subject of this review. I’m expecting much better results, because ester-based synthetic oil is supposed to be the “high end” stuff (AmsOil, Royal Purple, Redline, etc.) I’ll post a review on that shortly. ... show more

  • Seems to be a well made product
It's oil, so I can't say it's wonderful or whatever since I'm not a petroleum engineer or whatever, and I've not done a breakdown analysis. However, it worked as advertised and I'd use it again and have more confidence in the brand than the factory branded oil.

  • Victory Cross Country oil
I've used this oil for over 50,000 miles in my 2011 Victory Cross Country. No clutch slippage and smoother shifts, and quieter engine.

  • Solid Price for a Solid Oil
Bought this for my 2001 DRZ400E. Chose the thicker weight since I’m in SoCal and it gets pretty abused as a daily rider and weekend desert toy. Enough here for a couple oil changes. Packaged well, quick delivery, and is a top notch oil at a decent price. Of course you ask 10 people about which oil to use and you’ll get 10 different answers. ... show more

  • Good Price , good delivery!
I wanted to try a different oil than what I have been using, this seem to fit the bill! I checked it after running it in 85 degree OA temps. My bike (Heritage 2003) was showing approx. 210 degrees. Below the OEM average.

  • Excellent for the price

  • Good Oil great price !!!
It's a good synthetic oil for my Harley and it's a good price. I changed my oil at the beginning of spring last year and then I took a job in Cleveland OH and I was planning on doing a lot of riding in my new home. So I bought this the second time in the riding season and gave the bike a fresh drink of juice... ... show more
