They genuinely changed my mind regarding child safety. Although my car seat did have issues, they have exceeded my expectations in ensuring my child is safe in her car seat. (changing my stars to 5 just because customer service truly backed up there product). I purchased this stroller, car seat combo in February. I’ve always been a maxi Cosi customer. It looks very nice and it was love at first but the car seat today with my five month old baby is broken everywhere, you can see the poor assembly everywhere. I think it's not worth it if you want a long-lasting product. If I could I would return it. expensive and poor quality sorry ... show more

Bought this in the blue color and it’s gorgeous!! We have a similar Graco travel system and my review is based off that experience. Keep in my mind, I live in a tropical climate in Latin America, so this package traveled from FL overseas. We received the package in pristine condition and no visible damage to the box. Assembly was done by my husband in 30-45 min (and that was him taking his time to get to know the travel system) and was so straightforward and easy to do. Everything that clicks does so effortlessly. Switching from infant seat to bassinet is easy. The components are not heavy yet durable. The size is pleasant. Not bulky but does take some space. I would travel with this system on a plane. The stroller moves flawlessly. Locking the wheels requires a small tap and the front wheels can be locked too. Love the 5 ways to position the seats, my newborn fits perfectly in the infant seat with the provided padding (he weighs about 7 lbs). The base was installed in 5 minutes whereas and the infant seat clicks on and off easily. The graco system we have looks just like it but operationally was a headache. After one use of the graco, we decided to buy this system instead. The graco was bought second hand in mint condition. This is a beautiful car seat/ bassinet/ stroller combination. So easy to assemble and use. Lightweight in comparison to others . Love the gorgeous smoke blue color. It has beautiful leather like covered handles with the same trim in the canopy. Looks so high end for a fraction of the cost. The stroller wheels feel substantial and it rolls so smoothly. I would not change anything about this stroller. Stroller is super smooth and carseat fits right into the Stroller, just don't forget the car seat attachments! Car seat in general is pretty nice but it's a little bit of a pain to get out of the saddle, but I imagine it's like that with most carseats. Stroller is AWFUL. Wheels always get stuck no matter what you do it’s terrible trying to turn it or get around anywhere with it. The car seat itself was okay. There is nothing special about it. We used it for 8 months and it completely split this week. The front half is detached from the back half making it no longer safe for my son. We’re not even sure what caused it to split in half like that. We picked it up to put our son in it and it was broken. The cover for this says it's machine wash safe. I can't say that I concur. I have only washed this twice in cold water and let air dry. Once you remove the cover it's constantly coming loose and off. Then poses a suffocation risk. In addition, putting the carseat into the stroller to lock in is such a pain. If you don't have it lined up pretty well it doesn't lock on right. The front wheels are constantly locking when trying to make turns. Overall, this product is frustrating and a pain. I wouldn't recommend this to any parent or repurchase. I used Graco for my previous babies and they were much more convenient and easy to use. It's pretty but that's the only positive I can say. ... show more
