*8/14 Update! Customer service at Maxi Cosi has corrected the situation, I must say I am completely thankful and surprised at how great they were with assisting me with my issue. They genuinely changed my mind regarding child safety. Although my car seat did have issues, they have exceeded my expectations in ensuring my child is safe in her car seat. (changing my stars to 5 just because customer service truly backed up there product). I purchased this stroller, car seat combo in February. I’ve always been a maxi Cosi customer. And am so disappointed with this product. The car seat completely came apart, literally had no idea my baby was in a car seat that was not safe. Spend the extra money to buy a reputable stroller. It looks very nice and it was love at first but the car seat today with my five month old baby is broken everywhere, you can see the poor assembly everywhere. I think it's not worth it if you want a long-lasting product. If I could I would return it. expensive and poor quality sorry ... show more

Absolutely love this thriller at first I didn’t like it because I thought the wheel didn’t turn, but it turns out there’s a latch at the bottom that you have to latch so the wheel is able to turn and I see a lot of people have that problem and I think they may not be unlatching the wheel

This is a beautiful car seat/ bassinet/ stroller combination. So easy to assemble and use. Lightweight in comparison to others . Love the gorgeous smoke blue color. It has beautiful leather like covered handles with the same trim in the canopy. Looks so high end for a fraction of the cost. The stroller wheels feel substantial and it rolls so smoothly. I would not change anything about this stroller. I wanted blue ( it’s like a blue green gray mixture…mostly blue) and this was the closest thing I could find that was also great quality. ... show more

Bought this in the blue color and it’s gorgeous!! We have a similar Graco travel system and my review is based off that experience. Keep in my mind, I live in a tropical climate in Latin America, so this package traveled from FL overseas. We received the package in pristine condition and no visible damage to the box. Assembly was done by my husband in 30-45 min (and that was him taking his time to get to know the travel system) and was so straightforward and easy to do. Everything that clicks does so effortlessly. Switching from infant seat to bassinet is easy. The components are not heavy yet durable. The size is pleasant. Not bulky but does take some space. I would travel with this system on a plane. The stroller moves flawlessly. Locking the wheels requires a small tap and the front wheels can be locked too. Love the 5 ways to position the seats, my newborn fits perfectly in the infant seat with the provided padding (he weighs about 7 lbs). The base was installed in 5 minutes whereas and the infant seat clicks on and off easily. The graco system we have looks just like it but operationally was a headache. After one use of the graco, we decided to buy this system instead. The graco was bought second hand in mint condition. After reading mixed reviews, I went against my better judgment and bought this travel system. For the brand and the price, I was very disappointed in the quality of this travel system. The material feels flimsy and the car seat is cheaply made. The canopy pops out of place easily and exposes the styrofoam underneath. The stroller is also subpar; made of the same flimsy materials as the car seat. The wheels are always locking up even on smooth surfaces such as inside the grocery store. I’ve purchased Maxi Cosi products in the past, however, this was my first travel system. I was expecting the same quality, especially at this price point. ... show more

Love it. Love the color and easy to build. Feels smooth. The quality doesn’t seem fragile. Only thing is front right wheel gets sometimes stuck. Other then that it’s perfect.

The Mom Cozy 5-in-1 Stroller has a lot of great features! I love the versatility and the different ways you can use the stroller—it’s super convenient and adaptable for various needs. However, I’m really disappointed with the car seat. The padding constantly comes off and never stays in place, which makes it feel unsafe for my baby. I haven’t even washed the product, so it’s not a wear-and-tear issue; it’s just poorly designed. Additionally, I have only been using this product for 3 months. Safety is my top priority, and this issue is a big deal for me. While the stroller is great, I cannot recommend this product due to the concerns with the car seat. ... show more
