Even after reading the mostly five-star reviews, I still wasn't expecting much for the price. I live overseas, but this vendor was able to ship the table to me quickly by mail. The assembly was pretty easy. All you need is a Philips screwdriver. It's a nice, sturdy table, the perfect size for our futon couch. It looks like something you would buy from Ikea. While this table was relatively easy to put together, it is made of incredibly cheap materials. I screwed everything in (for the legs you literally just spin the screws into the legs, no predrilled holes. It’s cheap wood so it’s not too difficult) but as soon as I set the table up-right, the screws just fell right out of the top of the table— so even the PRE DRILLED holes don’t hold the screws in place. They had stripped and left dust everywhere. If I were to lightly rock the table in anyway, the rest of the legs would have done the same. In addition to this, it came with damage to the surface of the table (chipped, see pictures) but there was no damage to the packaging. Poor quality and poor quality control. I returned it immediately and highly recommend you search elsewhere. Save your time and sanity. Hope this helps! ... show more

Everything arrived in great condition and it was easy to put together. However, these have to be some of the worst screws. While tightening the screws for the bottom platform one sheared off. While I have tools to remove screws in these instances, these screws were so small it made the task impossible. ... show more

i love the style and look of this table. the assembly was harder than expected, probably much easier if you have a drill on hand but it seems like the manufacturer could have easy put holes to screw into vs the lines they say you screw into. I ended up stripping the screws in the process of trying to get them in so had to just leave them partially unscrewed. ... show more

I like it overall! I would recommended using a drill for connecting the lower part of the table and drilling the screw directly into the line on Bottom of legs. It drilled right in and didn’t cause any issues. Can be confusing at first since there’s no holes.
