We love this stuff in our house. It works great as a diaper cream. That's mainly what we use it for. A nickle-sized amount is all we need per diaper change. Maybe TMI but, with this stuff, any poop just wipes right off. It hasn't caused any irritation.

This ointment is amazing, I’ve been using it on my baby for literally everything, dry scalp, skin, for massages, diaper rash, etc.. it’s the only thing that work for a really bad diaper rash, i was using other “diaper rash” lotions, that only made it worse.
