Not even close to being worth the money. Diluted according to the instructions and there was barely any suds in the buckets. What little suds I had were gone by the time I washed half the car. This does not seem to add any lubricity at all. Seriously... it was like washing the car with a bucket of water. Just to be sure I tried it again, this time adding 2 times the recommended amount. The results were exactly the same. Since it dissapointed in a bucket I also tried my foam cannon. The results were runny suds the fell off the car in less than a minute I do not have hard water as other car shampoos work perfectly fine. It works as a car soap, ph balanced, foams, and smells. Everything a car soap should be. It is on the expensive side for a 16 oz bottle compared to many chemical guys or the OG gold class shampoo. So is it worth it? Probably not but stills a good product. It hasn’t “wowed” me enough to switch over to this brand especially considering Masterson’s prices are always a little higher than competition. ... show more

I have several car shampoos from several of the "big names" and they are okay, but nothing like this! I used the 1oz to the 5 gallons thinking that this wouldn't be enough, but I could add more if I needed. NO WAY! The ratio was right and the product produced suds to wash my entire car - with no problem. The car came out clean and shiny - and I'm thinking that's what was supposed to happen, only it was better than expected. And as an added bonus, the smell is super! Great product in the right price range. If you like a good car shampoo, you won't be disappointed with this one! ... show more

Very disappointed after hearing many good things about Greg’s company. Proper dilution was used every time and the suds were gone in just a few minutes with very poor slickness. I didn’t even get half the car done before I was left with just a bucket of water. I tried different dilutions, buckets, and wash mits to be sure nothing was interfering with the soap. All with the same disappointing results. I was looking forward to trying to other Masterson’s products but after this experience I will look elsewhere. ... show more

Masterson's Wash & Shine Shampoo works very well to produce a thick lather of foam that touchlessly lifts dust and dirt from paint when sprayed with a foam cannon. After a quick rinse with water, the car can then be hand washed from a bucket that has more shampoo in it for final cleansing before the last rinse. This shampoo can be used in direct sunlight and does not streak or adversely affect paint. It appears to be pH neutral and does not strip wax or sealants. This is an excellent car soap. Tremendous suds, lubricity and good scent. You can work in the sun and still rinses clean. this is one of the better car soaps on the market.
