Masterson's Wash & Shine Shampoo works very well to produce a thick lather of foam that touchlessly lifts dust and dirt from paint when sprayed with a foam cannon. After a quick rinse with water, the car can then be hand washed from a bucket that has more shampoo in it for final cleansing before the last rinse. This shampoo can be used in direct sunlight and does not streak or adversely affect paint. It appears to be pH neutral and does not strip wax or sealants. I have several car shampoos from several of the "big names" and they are okay, but nothing like this! I used the 1oz to the 5 gallons thinking that this wouldn't be enough, but I could add more if I needed. NO WAY! The ratio was right and the product produced suds to wash my entire car - with no problem. The car came out clean and shiny - and I'm thinking that's what was supposed to happen, only it was better than expected. And as an added bonus, the smell is super! Not even close to being worth the money. Diluted according to the instructions and there was barely any suds in the buckets. What little suds I had were gone by the time I washed half the car. This does not seem to add any lubricity at all. Seriously... it was like washing the car with a bucket of water. Just to be sure I tried it again, this time adding 2 times the recommended amount. The results were exactly the same. Since it dissapointed in a bucket I also tried my foam cannon. The results were runny suds the fell off the car in less than a minute I do not have hard water as other car shampoos work perfectly fine. I'll stick to meguires gold class as it's easy to get and a better value. ... show more

Bought this product based on my knowledge of Greg Masterson "AKA" chemical guys. I enjoy Gregs take on products and you tupbe viddsos. I consiuder myself a ameture detailer and am a card guy. I had high hopes for this product. It let me down 😤. There were no suds in my bucket for standard bucket wash method. After getting lack !Luster results with one ounse I adds a little more with no change.the shine was good on my 2017 sonata limited but I couldn't tell where I had washed and not washed due too no suds. Like washing with water. I would not purchase this another time. It was like washing with water.😵 ... show more
