I received my item in working condition, I can’t speak to durability because I just got it, the motor on mine seems to lag when I apply deep pressure to my body. The contoured attachment is a game changer, I have used it for tight upper trap muscles because it hugs the shoulders perfectly. I used it on my pecs and it works wonders to relieve the tension, I used it on my glutes and lower back and it’s perfect, I used it on the side of my lower back and it worked perfectly. I am perimenopausal with scoliosis upper and lower so joint pain and tight muscles have become my new normal unfortunately. I have had other massage guns which are much more powerful but for me it’s the contoured attachment I need, the screw method of attaching the heads in my opinion is a horrible design flaw because it ends up unscrewing itself often. ... show more
