    As the owner of a 2015 Volkswagen CC, I refused to pay the auto parts store price of $150 for headlight bulbs. Oh! By the way, that price is for one bulb. ONE! Ridiculous. These bulbs are great, direct install like the originals, and work fantastically. Granted, I've only had them for a few months but no issues whatsoever thus far.     Installed in a 2014 Mustang GT. Much brighter than the stock bulbs and fits perfect. Starts with a blue color and after about 3-5 seconds of warm up they turn the a crisp white. Installation will vary but if you’re installing on a 2014 Mustang don’t listen to the internet gurus, you don’t need to remove the front bumper. ... show more

    First of all, you cannot complain about the value. It is far less expensive than the German name brand lamps. If you're looking for a specific high performance lamp - go someplace else and spend your money as you will. You will get lost in hours and hours of YouTube videos talking about color temperature, light output, etc. for me, I'll just be satisfied if these consistently throw a reasonable beam forward and keep me legal with two lights facing out front. The packaging was good and the product was well protected, the included cotton gloves to prevent bodily contact with the tubes was a nice touch. I will say this, once I had taken out the old bulbs, inserting the new ones from this company were somewhat difficult due to a less than perfect bayonet mount. As you are reaching into a tight cavity, it's rather difficult to find the exact angle to start off with and then once you have found it as you turn there is quite a bit of resistance perhaps due to imperfect plastic machining. Eventually of course it did go in and the beam placement was unaltered from the original stock lamps. That's really all that matters. Let's call it a speed bump. The light clarity was good, the pattern was similar to the original ones, no distortion and more or less the same brilliance as the original bulbs. When first turned on, the color temperature was a cool sunshine color which after a 5 to 10 second span evolved into a slightly green tinged color reminiscent of mid '70s fluorescent tubes. Mind you, you will only notice this if you are throwing your test beams onto a white surface, when you are outside shooting onto asphalt and the outside world you probably won't see any difference. I really don't do that much night driving, so there's no way I can give you a long-term evaluation but if you'd prefer not spending a lot of money for name brands, this is the way to go. ... show more

    I rarely write reviews because if I do sufficient due diligence, errors can be avoided. In this case, however, having never put my eye on the headlight bulb for my vehicle before, I had to rely on the "this item does fit your vehicle" confirmation offered by the seller, on the Amazon marketplace. I pull the trigger and receive the set of headlights ordered. Unfortunately, some lengthy business trips followed by a vacation did not offer me the time necessary to get the project accomplished. In short, by the time I finally got around to it, the 30 day return limit had passed. My fault, so I will eat it. This review is to save others from making the same mistake as I. My car: a 2018 Buick Lacrosse Essence. I imagine that this issue applies to any number of GM vehicles. I realize that mine is an odd ball. Note that, a simple bulb replacement in this car is a pain in the a##. The space is incredibly tight. I live in a condo in Miami so need to work outdoors, which only added to delays because it rains constantly here. (neither here nor there). I finally get to it and manage to remove the dead bulb. I connect the new bulb to the headlight connector and proceed to lock it into the headlight housing but no matter how many attempts, it will not stick. I try clockwise, counterclockwise and every possible angle of attack (very limited given the space afforded). At this point, I am losing my sh##. Then I put the Marsauto bulb next to the bulb OEM bulb I pulled out and can immediately see the issue. The OEM bulb has protruding teeth in the connector that locks the bulb into the house and the Marsauto doesn't. A reminder that the amazon vehicle fit check confirmed that this would fit my vehicle. To be clear, the bulb does work and does connect to my vehicle's electrical connector, it just won't lock into the headlight housing. In the image I have included, the Marsauto bulb is on the left and the OEM bulb is on the right. The difference is obvious. Right now, because my wife was sick of the fault warning, I have just left the bulb loose in the housing until I can get a replacement. The OEM replacement bulbs are well over $100+ (ridiculous, although, in the end I will spend close to that because I just threw $40 buck out the window trusting the "this will fit in your vehicle" confirmation. Word to the wise, pull the dead bulb out of your GM vehicle and check the connector before buying non oem replacement bulbs or trusting the Amazon "fitment" confirmation. ... show more

    I'm very happy to say that these bulbs are extremely bright as advertised and fit perfectly into my model vehicle. Sadly, I just wish Ford made it easier to be able to replace bulbs such as these. Regardless, the marsauto bulbs connected without issue to the adapter and are very bright. They also sent gloves to avoid skin oils from getting onto the bulb itself. I highly recommend this product. ... show more

    Bought these to replace my stock bulbs on my 2011 Audi Q5. Very pleased. I went with the 5K color temperature. Color temperature is between the stock yellowish bulbs and the bright white color on teslas. This color temperature works very in wet driving conditions as well as dry. Very bright. “Warms up” within 5 seconds of turning them on. Excellent bulb. Hoping to get a lot of life out of them. ... show more
