I recently purchased this desk in the Rustic color and size 48*24 inch, and overall, I am quite satisfied with it. This desk offers great value for money and comes with some handy features. However, there are a couple of minor downsides to consider. The adjustable height feature of this desk is fantastic. It allows me to switch between sitting and standing positions effortlessly, promoting a healthier work environment. The electric mechanism works smoothly, and the memory preset function is very convenient. In terms of looks, the Rustic color option is decent and adds a touch of elegance to my home office. However, there are a couple of drawbacks to note. Firstly, the desk's stability is not as sturdy as I had hoped. There is a slight wobble when I'm typing or using my mouse, which can be slightly bothersome. This desk was a great buy for my home office. Assembly: I have experience in assembling this type of furniture. I would say the difficulty level for a novice would be 3/10. It’s pretty straightforward . Functionality: The desk works as advertised. It raises and lowers with the touch of a button. It also has some buttons that you can use to pre-set heights. Desk is pretty much exactly what I was looking for, this is my first night use and setup so I'll list pros and cons then update as time goes on. Pros: For me super easy setup. Presets are simple, just adjust to desired height, then hold down 1,2,3 or 4 and release it when the numbers start flashing. Desk is a nice size for what I need. It is stable so far at 46 inches raised. I have 2 monitors, phone, slim PC and my modem all on the desk and it's doing great. Came with plenty of spare parts to do maintenance as needed. Warranty. Feet at the bottom are adjustable so it stays level on my carpet. Cons: Edges of desk are bit harsh but that is easily rectified, so not a HUGE con. -update- rectified by using some clear corner guards and it's fine. The black shows EVERYTHING. Didn't think of that when I ordered it. So far my opinion of this desk is very high. Keep in mind, this is not a $2500 oak wood desk. It is a very inexpensive way to not have to sit for 12 hours a day while I work. I like the look of it and the ease of use. So far even though it's NOT a $$$$ desk it feels fine to me and I'm pretty impressed with the quality. I will update as this desk is going to be used every single day. First week update: Everything with this desk is working wonderfully. I have worked the entire week at least for 10 hours with this desk and so far moving it up and down has worked flawlessly. I am way more impressed with this desk than I was at first. For the cost I can't beat it. Will update again. First month update: I have now had this desk for one month. I have to say my back pains have completely disappeared and it is still working flawlessly. There hasn't been any issues with the desk rising or lowering. I bought this desk to replace another I bought on Amazon a few years ago because it was a little too tall for me. It's the standard desk height (~30"), yet I wanted something a bit shorter (I'm 5'6"). I'm at my desk M-F for about 8-10 hours a day so I thought I'd try a standing desk to have the option. This desk's lowest setting is at 27.5" which is great and I set the second setting for the standing height of 40". I put it together with a little help from my husband at the end and it took about 90 minutes. The motor is quiet and I bought the rustic color because all black shows everything.
