I love this bag and bought a yellow insert to put in it along with I bought the pouch to match and so happy . Bought a black insert also . Authentic and both have dust bags . So happy and you will be too . Very many colors you can use in it . The inserts are tricky in size and you have to buy the measurements it says large for this medium tote and color block tote and ex large for the black mesh tote because it is a large tote ... show more

I have an important event on April 21st and am now left with no machine. This company's mistake has cost me a lot of money and I am not okay with it. I am a regular Amazon customer and have never experienced such a disappointment before. I strongly advise against purchasing anything from this company because you never know what you might receive in place of your order. I paid $600 for a machine but received a corkboard instead. I am highly frustrated as this has caused me to lose out on money this weekend. The company did not even bother to reach out to me and offer any kind of solution. They didn’t even suggest Making things right instead of the actual machine to me Instead, they informed me that I would have to wait for 30 days to receive a refund. This is not acceptable. The corkboard was picked up by UPS this morning, which means I have to wait 30 days to get my money back. This is unacceptable and highly disappointing. Please beware and do not purchase anything from this company.
