Okay guys, the reviews are misleading on these bearings to say the least. (Or, misleading for the bearings I received.) These are not high speed (go cart type) bearings. I bought them for a garden cart similar to this: https://www.amazon.com/Gorilla-Carts-GOR400-COM-Removable-400-lbs/dp/B01BECQBZ0/ref=sr_1_4?keywords=garden+cart&qid=1576345190&sr=8-4 They are 'flanged' bearings, which means they have a shoulder. My old bearings had no shoulder. Still, they'll work perfectly for the above style garden cart. I'm sure they're probably metric at the end of the day, but for something you pull around in the yard, 1-5/8" axle diameter is close enough. You don't have to have a press. You can knock them out with a round punch and hammer and knock them back in the same way, if you're careful to stay on the outer shoulder of the bearing when you whack it. (I installed eight this way and had no issues.) I hope this helps. ... show more

These were the right size for my Gorilla Cart dump wagon with 13" tires. Gorilla Carts Heavy Duty Dump Cart They were a bit wider than the original bearings but that was easy enough to account for by clipping off one ring on the plastic collar on the axle shaft (No big deal, you will see what I mean if you pull apart a Gorilla Cart). The OD fits in the wheel hub and the ID fits over the axle shaft. There was very minimal grease in these though. Probably good for speed but bad for outdoor utility use. They were less than 1/3 full. I opted to pop the rubber seals off and fill them up with waterproof grease. A 90 degree pick made pulling the seals easy and then they popped right back in after. Hopefully these last longer than the ones that originally came on this wagon. BTW you'll need qty 2 of this item to do all four wheels on the Gorilla Cart. ... show more

The bearings in my wheelbarrow tire had been squeaking for some time and finally gave out. These bearings appear to be good quality (only time will tell). The fit perfectly and roll smoothly and quietly. I also like that I have another pair if these should give me trouble. Great price too.

    • Worked on my garden cart
I have a 4 wheel high capacity dump cart with 13 inch od tires from Tractor Supply. It was hard to pull when loaded. These bearings fit perfectly and made a huge difference. The original bearings were rusted inside.
