The finish of the material is super soft and I never had pinching or chafing issues even with 24hr use. The the shape was perfect for containing the whole member comfortably and preventing erections, but was still breathable. I got about two months of daily use out of it BUT. The cylinder lock is better finished than many and two keys with a carabineer style key fob was included. The keys and fob are plated in a golden finish. My only complaint with the keys is they are marked with a 'BDSM' label. Personal preference here, I would be happier without the labelling.
