This is very much like a metallic lip stain. The color is true to the picture (for BR03 Be Happy). You've got about 15 seconds to swish it around and then it stays. In fact, the staying power of this is pretty fantastic... Drink, kiss, eat, it stays. So it doesn't have any moisture properties, but it doesn't dry your lips like other lip stains. The color is pretty but it's very metallic and unfortunately bleeds of you have any lines adjacent to your lips. Liner is necessary and in my case not real helpful.

Love the color and at first it's fine but when it dries, it is crusty feeling and sticky. I'm so disappointed because the color is fabulous but I hate sticky, chalky, lip gloss.
