All pieces came with the set. While it is definitely cheaply made there's nothing a little hot glue won't keep together, (I've had similar kits where the brush ends fall off, just beware of that). It's great for beginners and would make a wonderful kids set. It's cheap, so you do get what you pay for, but it still works just as good as any expensive brush set. It does come with a carrying case with some extra areas for extra brushes in it which is super convenient because now I don't have to carry around a huge disorganized bag full of brushes. Bristles are very soft and fine, the only real problem I had was that some of the bristles on the fan brush got bent during packaging but with some water and soap that should fix them right up. Overall I would 100% recommend this product for anyone starting out in makeup. ... show more

They pick up product pretty nicely, the only issue I’m having with them is that they are a cheaper option. You get what you pay for. I purchased these in November 2021. Gave them to my daughter in February 2022. It is now July 2024. And every brush she uses is cracking. The paint is chipping off. They are great brushes but I did not expect to purchase brushes again. Please see pictures. I did not take a picture of all the brushes but these are the worst of them.
