i bought this around the time i had just started makeup (so about three years ago) and we’re perfect beginner brushes. super soft and lightweight and definitely worth the money due to the sheer amount of brushes you get. i was 13 just starting to do my makeup and these helped me so so so much. they definitely get the job done whether it be blending or applying and the pink color is so pretty. the bristles themselves are soft but don’t come out/shed and i never had to deal with any of them breaking (i had them for about a year before i bought another set). overall, if you’re just starting off with makeup i rlly do recommend these. i’m able it to be 16 and i still think about these brushes because they worked so well :) ... show more

All pieces came with the set. While it is definitely cheaply made there's nothing a little hot glue won't keep together, (I've had similar kits where the brush ends fall off, just beware of that). It's great for beginners and would make a wonderful kids set. It's cheap, so you do get what you pay for, but it still works just as good as any expensive brush set. It does come with a carrying case with some extra areas for extra brushes in it which is super convenient because now I don't have to carry around a huge disorganized bag full of brushes. Bristles are very soft and fine, the only real problem I had was that some of the bristles on the fan brush got bent during packaging but with some water and soap that should fix them right up. Overall I would 100% recommend this product for anyone starting out in makeup. ... show more

I love these! They’re so nice and are very firm! They also come with an instruction booklet for each different brush, which tells you how you should use each one and what to use it for! I would definitely recommend this to anyone, beginner or experienced with makeup!

They pick up product pretty nicely, the only issue I’m having with them is that they are a cheaper option. You get what you pay for.
