Okay, these shoes are a mixed bag, but I will say there's more positive than negative although these shoes are not exactly what I expected. First of all I wanted leather flats. Sturdy, well made leather shoes. The jury is still out on if these are leather because they do not look or seem like real leather. The shoes had an off putting smell, not like the customary leather loafers. I sprayed them twice with Lysol and left them out in the garage to air out. I purchased a size 9 and they are pretty loose. I ordered a 10 wide only to realize I need a 10 1/2 wide which they don't offer. I got an 11 wide and it works. My large toe is no longer bumping into the top and end of the shoe. I really like the shoe. Lightweight and sturdy. I recommend sanding the sole as it may be slippery on some surfaces.

I am pleased to have found a loafer to fit. The arch is not very supportive but I only bought them for a short duration. I have a wide foot which usually is a problem with a narrow heel; with the peds socks they are a nice fit. The shoe is nice looking.
