We bought Magicard Pronto 100, Tried multiple times to install without success .... I was thinking to return it, but after see other reviews about the great machine this is I decided to call Bodno customer support service .... However it doesn’t work well printing Just 1 card with different designs , after printing 1 design, next design becomes blurry. I always have to restart machine to print another design successfully, that sucks.
