This set is beautiful! I love the way it looks on my new bed! The design is classy and simple and matches my decor. But, even better, the set is comfortable, fits well and complete! The sheets are soft and the comforter is warm and poufy! The bedskirt and throw pillows are a nice addition to the set and really make the look complete! I am really happy with the way the sheets fit my bed. there are nice, deep pockets so the sheets stay on the bed very well. The sheets are a grey pattern which could have been more interesting or matched the comforter, but no one really sees those anyway, so i won't complain about that too much, especially since everything else is so nice! This is a truly pretty complete comforter set. It's ironic that it's called Central Park set because I worked in Central Park Conservancy in New York City (20 years ago!) and have fond memories of it. I love the comforter in this set because it is both truly pretty and very soft. Unfortunately the sheets are not soft - while they are pretty (see picture of them up close) and a simple grey zig zag, they are not very soft :-( that's the only reason I am deducting one star. The pillow cases and shams (cover pillow cases) are lovely but VERY long - I guess because it's a California King the pillows are long? I don't know, all I know is this set is really worth the money and it's for my Mom. I nearly pulled my back setting this set up (I had to raise the mattress to fit the underskirt in) but it was worth it because I don't think my Mom has changed her comforter in over 20 years (yes, she's washed it) and since my Dad passed I want her to have some lightness in her bedroom. Well, she loves it, I changed it on her while she was sitting on the couch getting ready for her favorite show Jeopardy and when she got up to use her bathroom in her bedroom she didn't say anything! So I was like "Um, Mom did you even look at your bed?" and then she was like "Oh my goodness!" Now she keeps saying she owes me and I keep telling her I charged it on her card ha ha. She has some dementia so it's often "Groundhog Day" for me but if it makes her happy? It's worth it. Overall this is a really beautiful set - I would encourage the sellers to look into getting softer sheets. Their comforter is so soft - so not sure why the sheets aren't. I would think if something were to be soft - the sheets would be the most important thing right? ... show more

This brand is normally a little pricey, so you would expect that it would well made. Wrong! The sheet set is good. The comforter light weight, soft and warm, however does not wash well at all. Lumpy and wrinkles bad, even fluffing it in dryer with bounce wrinkle reducer sheets. No shams were with set. The king size sheets fit well, the comforter barely covers the top of the mattress, not sure it would even fit a queen. Because, I bought it on sale, I ll use the comforter basically as a extra blanket. If I had pd full price, I definitely would've of returned it. My last time of purchasing this brand. ... show more
