I looked at so many urns both large and small but when I saw this particular one I knew I had to buy it. When I opened the box I was overjoyed. The keepsake urn is heavy. It's very substantial for a small urn. It is beautifully carved and the color is stunning and every detail is perfect. I decided to keep a lock of her hair as well. I still look at it and it's beauty reflects her gentle spirit and bright smile. It arrived as promised on time. I never purchased nor even held an urn before. I was worried about the quality, based on the relatively low price. It was delivered directly to the funeral home, where the Director examined it and confirmed it was both beautiful and excellent quality. I attached a photo of mu daughter’s urn, which we will see and touch every day. This teardrop urn surroundings a beautiful galaxy is perfect for her. It is beautiful, creative, shows where she is (galaxy), and the devastated family who misses her (the test). The edges are sloppy & the picture underneath is either chipped or smudged in places. It will serve it's purpose, but if you're looking for "amazing" this isn't it. It will look good from afar, but once you're up close on it, you can see the problems.

How disgusting, It looks previously used, the painted section was all scuffed up and scratched. Paint lines are not neat. The inside had signs of rust or oxidization and possibly pre used. The bottom screw on cap, was oxidized and very poor manufacturing, with sharp burrs that will cut your fingers. And either really bad paint job missing parts of the metal or again like I mentioned pre-used and worn out. I would not recomend this for your loved ones. I will be returning and continue my search for at urn. Attached are pictures of what I got, I included pictures from down inside the urn, pictures of the scuffs all over the painted portion, pic of the bad paint lines, and pictures of the poorly made cap that was oxidizing. ... show more
