After a full month of night driving, I can say with no hyperbole, these are the brightest bulbs I've had in my car to this point! The pattern is also wide enough to see far out side of the normal viewing aspect during the drive. Now, I did have to aim my headlights to insure there would be no dazzling of oncoming traffic, but that is no issue. Rain is also no issue once properly aimed. I purchased these H7 size Luxster Punisher LED bulbs to replace the aging 3 year old V18 Turbo LED bulbs on my 06 Subaru WRX with aftermarket projector headlight assemblies. LED headlight bulb technology rapidly advances every year and these new Luxster LED’s easily outperform my old LEDs from 2019 in every way possible. You can see in my side by side comparison photo that they are so much brighter, whiter, and more importantly more focused. Unlike my old LEDs, the Luxster’s put out a nice bright focused hotspot in the middle which means most of the emitted light from the bulb is projecting ideally where it should be. The bulbs themselves appear exactly as described and indeed feel very high quality and well built. The cooling fan is very quiet as advertised. The detachable collar makes installation very easy and once installed you can manually twist the bulb to fine tune the output pattern. And luckily for my application the bulb’s body was compact enough to still fit the dust covers back over them. Overall, these are well worth the cost and offer unique design features over the endless options here on Amazon. Realistically, these will be 4-5x brighter than your stock halogens. Even if you already have older design LEDs installed, these new Luxster LEDs will be 2-3x brighter making them a solid upgrade if you want the brightest headlights available! ... show more

Using as high beams in my 2019 Tacoma, these are brighter and reach farther down the road than the Baja Designs lights mounted on the bumper. They are BRIGHT. Absolutely no way they are street legal, but I don’t use high beams in the city or with oncoming traffic anyway, and they’re really nice to have way out in the middle of nowhere where I live. You’ll see deer who are still thinking about coming down to the road and haven’t even left the woods yet. You might see into next week if you stare hard and squint just a little. Pros: Super, super bright. WOW! Cons: An over-enthusiastic sheriff could definitely ticket you for having these, if they really wanted to. They get really hot, too, so touching them when they’ve been on is a terrible idea unless you actually want to scorch off your fingerprints. Road side signs can be a bit blinding from the reflection. That’s about all. I like them so well I bought another two sets for my other vehicles. ... show more
