The cigarette lighter adapter and came off and I lost what was inside of it and I cannot find replacement parts.. can somebody please help me where to get it? I use it for work and now I cannot until I find out what goes inside of it

I would not recommend keeping this on your car, and instead put it on only when in use which can become quite cumbersome. The magnets are not strong at all and will definitely not hold on to your car when you start driving. It is bright, but it defeats the purpose not being able to just leave it attached all season long. ... show more

Edited 11/28/2023: LUMENIX customer service has reached out to me following this review with sincerity wanting to rectify the issue and make it right. It's clear LUMENIX stands behind the products they sell which is always great to see! Perhaps the light bar I initially received may have been defective, time will tell. I am raising my score to 4 stars from 1 for the outstanding customer support I received and offering to replace the light bar! Original review: I am very disappointed with this light bar. I have reviewed a few of Luminex's product's now and normally they are very well made, quality products. This one, however, within about 2 short weeks or less it had developed condensation throughout the entire light bar. I had even in advance put silicone everywhere that could possible allow moisture in because this is the second light bar from Luminex of similar design that have developed condensation within a short time for me. The first was the same design but smaller. With that said, this light bar is very bright and eye catching. It seems to be made with quality materials, It has great flash modes and a controller with LED's on it that mimic that of the mode of the light bar so you always know which is active. I had very high hopes of this light bar as it's one of the longest I've ever used and since I've tried a few of Luminex's products I knew it would be nice and bright and have great modes, but this 120 LED Rooftop light bar was a big disappointed when I noticed how quickly condensation developed. Overall, other than the condensation it's a great light bar; however, with condensation developing after such a short time I can not recommend this light bar. ... show more
