These are great for an apple figure. They fit very straight from the waist through the hips and thighs. I absolutely love that I ordered by waist measurement and they don’t bag out further down on my figure. They do run big. I usually wear a size 10 or 30” waist in jeans. I followed reviewer suggestions and ordered a size down. They fit great even after a trip through the washer and dryer. Be aware that the fabric is thinner and stretchier than jeans ordered on the Lucky website. Because of that, these jeans are actually more practical in Texas where I live. ... show more

I'm in the process of replacing my jeans since I lost quite a bit of weight and also have returned to a casual (but not too much) office. I don't think that I've ever purchased a pair of Lucky jeans new before. These are nice quality, I like the weight of the denim. The cut is flattering. They are not too big at the bottom, more of a baby boot. I think that I am solidly an "8" now (I'm about 5' 6", 125 lbs with all the weight at the bottom) and these fit snug but not uncomfortable. They contain a decent amount of stretch and I think that the "10" would have stretched out too much and would also be too loose at the waist. I love lucky jeans. They were a staple for me in the late 90's/early 2000's and I have come back to them now. They are easy to buy because of the waist and length measurements. I like that I don't have to have crazy long pants and can easily find my size - if only I hadn't gone up a waist size since I wore them back in the day but I am holding on to those jeans just in case I can get them buttoned comfortably again because they are so cute! ... show more

These are not easy rider design. I was sent the "sweet" design instead. I purchased these as an additional pair because I love the fit of the easy rider design. I have an hourglass shape and the easy rider design used to be a little more snug in the belly area. Other brands/designs of jean usually have a wide waist fit and they slide down causing me to constantly pull up my pants. These new ones that I received are the wide waist design. The Lucky tags are different from my older pairs. They are scratchy on the edges. I trusted that I was getting the same design and have already washed them so cannot return them now. I ordered two pairs in size 26 short (2s/p) to wear for work. They arrived separately, I gather shipped from different sellers. One pair fit perfectly from the start, the other pair is very loose, to the point I suspect them to be a mislabeled size 4. By the time I realized one pair was too large, I had already removed the tags, washed them, and had no idea which pair was which anymore. As they’re just for work, I decided to go ahead and keep them, needed a new belt anyway. Both pairs have held up well through frequent wear & laundering. I have two pair of these, and they,re so comfortable, I wear them all the time. When I saw my size in Amazon, I bought another pair. I thought my size would be the same. No. These jeans get stuck on my thighs and make me look very silly. I,m going to keep them and hope I can stretch them out.
