My product just lost one of the inside magnets to house the interchangeable ratchets, its gone when i checked it must've fallen off while working on my CAR, i'll never find it. i like the product but your magnet is faulty. it was already doing this before but thats when i was working one location and usually caught it falling off inside the box well not anymore.
