We used this on our trip to Manhattan. It worked perfect. Tons of pockets, all zippered and separate pockets of different sizes . We carried water bottles, snacks, phones, etc for two people in this. It’s sturdy and comfortable. I appreciate the zippered pocket against your back to store keys and ID. I’m so glad I got this. It’s not huge like a regular backpack. Even with all our stuff in it, it was still light weight. This is well made. At no point did I question the quality or have any issues. It’s the right size to be big enough for all your things, but small enough to carry comfortably for extended hours. I have neck issues that bother me when carrying regular backpacks or if there’s too much weight in the bottom. I was comfortable the entire time. We walked 10 miles a day with alot of standing as well. The weight is distributed nicely. I’m 5’6 and had the straps adjusted to almost the shortest length. There’s tabs to tuck the excess length into so it’s not in your way. It looks nice too. Definitely a great buy! ... show more

It's everything I've ever wanted or needed in a bag! First it's gorgeous, the floral pattern is so pretty. The canvas is heavy duty enough to resist wear but not be too thick or bulky, and the stitching is well done throughout the bag. Then there's the straps! They're so versatile. Being able to be unzipped to be a backpack or zipped to be a sling bag, and then being able to choose which side they go on is awesome. The bag isn't too big or too small. The multiple pockets mean I won't lose my stuff all clumped together on the bottom, and then all pockets having zippers mean everything is secure. When it's on my back, I can slide my bag forwards (and essentially upside down) to get at my wallet without taking it off. Added bonus: The water bottle holder is also deep enough that it holds my bottle securely. The only potential issue I could see happening going forward is the strap zipper not staying securely closed, and starting to pull open. Again, it hasn't happened in a few days of wear but I foresee it needing a snap or pin to keep it closed at some point in the future. I expect this bag to last me even longer than my last backpack/purse, which I had for 6 years. I may just buy a 2nd so I'm not crying in a decade when this thing finally wears out. ... show more

Expected black, like the image. The actual is more like gray. I ordered replacement thinking it was a mistake. Same gray color instead of black . See picture compared to my black shoes. Hence the 4 instead of 5. Color does not picture on site.. Overall great bag. Using now for a trip. Have two water bottles, mirrorless camera with long lens in main pocket. Wallet fits nicely inward body pocket. And other pockets for battery charger. Follow instructions if you have an odor and let air out. 1) Easy to access from front of body including wallet zip area near body 2) battery pack pouch is easy to access when charging. Update: Still in the middle of 4 day trip, traversing New York City by foot and rideshare in the middle of a heat wave through walking the Brooklyn bridge city. Love this bag! Able to hold everything I need in a stylish way. Was super cool to help a fellow ferry passenger by offering an extra mask to a passenger that was ready to step out of line due ferry requirement. Happen to have an extra one you can have right here in my bag...🙂 This was max stuff I would want to include. This is a really well made bag for the price. But there are a couple of items to note with this bag. As other reviewers have said, the straps are extremely long. I am 5'4" and set on the shortest length, they were too long. But I came along the picture I am attaching on how to make them even shorter and this works like a charm. Once I shortened the straps, I'm really loving the feel of the bag. The bags are different sizes depending on color. I ordered the #6 black and the floral bag. The black bag is bigger and wider than the floral bag. The black bag went back since I was looking for a smaller sling. Also, in the pictures it looks like the pocket that will be against your body is going to be a small size (there is a pocket outline sewn into the bag); however, the pocket is the full shape of the bag which was a nice surprise. The floral bag is a great color combination that is pretty without being too bright and will allow you to wear the bag with almost any color clothing. It's a nice size & fit for a smaller person and offers plenty of room. Heavier than a nylon bag, but really heavy. The zippers are smooth and the interior and seams are all well sewn. I haven't used it yet, but I think it's going to be a great travel bag. ... show more

The bag is built with quality, and has some great compartments. The size is barely big enough for an 11” iPad. Nothing bigger. It also is a bit weird with the angled zippers and makes loading it awkward. The straps are plenty long enough when in backpack mode, but when zipped they aren’t long enough To go cross body comfortably.
