Bought this for Christmas 2019 for my Girl friend and she absolutely LOVED it. It was the icing on top of the cake to pull all the gifts together. Bigger than her last one. We took it to Disneyland a few days later and it was perfect held her phone, souvenir cup, and small knickknacks easy to get through security with compared to me haha. Over all it’s a great bag. Excellent quality from the thickness of the material, to the structure, to the stitching and zippers. Only 2 complains. 1: the straps don’t go very tight- when tightened to the max it only comes to low back. 2: right outside of the 30 days the zipper started having issues. I thought loungefly had a warranty (come to find out the don’t) & so stupidly didn’t purchase the Amazon 1.
