  • In love
It came with two records (four sides) its brand new and in amazing shape and quality definitely recommend

  • Vinyl is good, sleeve arrived damaged
The vinyl is intact, works, and sounds great. HOWEVER, it arrived as is with thin plastic wrap around the outside. There was no protective packaging or box (which there usually is when I order vinyls off Amazon). All four corners of the record were bent and there are creases on the sleeve. I like to keep my vinyls in as perfect condition as I can manage so this was upsetting. At the end of the day I did get the record I ordered and it sounds good. But I am disappointed by the condition of the sleeve. When I first got it I was very worried that the record would be broken. ... show more

  • Cassette tape vs CD
I owned this on cassette tape and the songs sounded so much better than on CD, but this is a great purchase.

  • Great pressing
Received a great pressing with no warping or noise floor. Very pleased with purchase. This is an absolute gem of an album from the Smiths. A must have in collection.

  • Great pressing, great collection
Good sound on these, pressed really well. Lots of hits on this compilation. Only wish it had “How Soon Is Now?”.

  • Just came today via Royal Mail
Though this re-mastered pressing was not sold as so, it feels very weighty, like 180gm. As far as this collection of The Smiths music goes, it is a buffet of delight, with B-sides, Alternate recordings, and songs which didn't find their way to an LP. Many are very familiar, such as "Ask", William, it Was Really Nothing", "Hand in Glove", and "Heaven Knows I'm Miserable Now", then there are rarer treats, such as "Shakespeare's Sister", "This Night Has Opened My Eyes", the Instrumental "Oscillate Wildly" and "Rubber Ring". With this Album, you need only add "Hatful of Hollow", "The Queen is Dead" and "Meat is Murder", to have a near complete and very nice collection of their songs. "Rank", the live LP is well worth having, also. Many like other alternative cuts, or 7" singles, but I go for LP, for listening pleasure, as much as for collection. You can never go wrong with "Louder Than Bombs", if you like the Smiths Music, and if you don't— you should. :) ... show more
