TLDR: Realistic looking, perfect volume, customizable, keeps original hair pattern after a soak in fabric softener and easy to maintain. First wig I’ve bought that looks and feels so real for being synthetic. It is a really beautiful brown with customizable bangs and it fits so nice. I don’t think this wig has as many purchases as it should. My favorite part is that it’s thick enough to hide the tracks and I never worry about it showing. I bought two because I loved the first one so much, this second one I’m leaving the bangs alone and just shifting the wig to make a side part. This wig (any wig) fits really well with those Velcro headbands underneath to keep them from moving. For the value and time it saves me to get ready I definitely recommend it! I wear a beanie or thick cotton headbands to hide the bangs sometimes and it’s a nice little throw on change that takes less than 5 minutes. This wig does so well with maintaining the curl pattern when you clean it, I only use fabric softener and it’s easy to de tangle even when wet as long as you take your time and be gentle. I had chemo last year and my hair didn't ALL fall out, but it became super wiry and chemical burned (if that makes sense). Me hair has grown significantly since them, so I had all of my dead wire hair cut off so that I can grow it out again. Due to medications I've gained weight, and my face isn't fit for a short SHORT haircut as I have now. I found this wig and hoped for the best. Right out the packet it AMAZING! I am 4'11" and this goes a little past my waist. It is super thick, but not so much that it looks bulky up top. The color is gorgeous and even, and it tones down towards the end into a cute strawberry blonde. It looses a few hairs here and there during initial brushing and styling but overall does not shed terribly. I did cut the front to make the bang into what I wanted. Other than that, it's so, so good! It tangles pretty easily, but nothing crazy. For way less than what you would pay in a wig shop, this is a no brainer! Ok so first of all, the only reason I took off a star was that the 2 wig caps they included were absolute garbage. I couldn't even begin to get one over my head, they were so tiny. It's not even that big a deal b/c I've got plenty of my own but if you're going to include them, they should at least be usable so that annoyed me. But otherwise, I'm really glad I got this wig. I have about 20 others (I had chemotherapy in 2021 and 2022 and my hair is starting to grow back but it's still very short and I prefer longer hair). But Because I wear them every day though and most of my wigs are like this one, pretty inexpensive, after awhile the ends get frayed and dry and no amount of washing, conditioning, or brushing can save them. So even though I had decided I had enough wigs at 20, unfortunately a lot of them or most of them even at this point just are not in the best shape no matter how much I try to take care of them. I finally decided if I'm buying ones in the $20-30 range and can afford it, I'm going to just buy a new one each month or so to replace the old ones. So this was one I'd had my eye on for ages, it was on a wish list I'd had but no one ever got it for me so I finally just got it for myself and I'm so glad I did! My first time wearing it I got compliments on it from some ladies at the dog park who had seen me in another wig and they said this one was so much more natural looking & they never would've known it was a wig had I not told them. I didn't have the problem that many others seemed to w/ having the bangs being too long, they actually seemed to be the perfect length on me. I also didn't mind the length in general but again I prefer long hair. So far I've only worn it a cpl of xs & both times it tangled a little bit but it's also been a massive heat wave the last couple of days so I'd be shocked if it didn't & even still it wasn't super tangled, just a little bit. The picture where I am wearing the sunglasses is my 2nd time wearing it, it did start kind of curl in odd directions as wigs are wont to do but I can live with it. I'm going to try to not over wear it so hopefully it won't get all frayed like most of my others but we'll see how that goes. I'll try to update my review in about a month or so but in the meantime I'll just end by saying I'm very happy overall with this purchase and would recommend this wig! P.s. I just added a picture, the one of me w/ the red sweatshirt was taken today, exactly 2 months after buying the wig and wearing it almost daily! I had ordered another wig from a different company that looked sort of similar to this one but straighter. It arrived today and I was so disappointed, it was shedding like crazy, was extremely thin, and the bangs were a mess! I immediately started a return for it and reordered this wig. I think the one I have now still looks cute in the pic but the ends are really frayed (to be fair though I have not tried washing it or putting any kind of conditioner on it, all I've used on it is Pledge, which is a trick I picked up from another review where the girl said she got the idea from a drag queen & it really does work!) I was shocked that this wig was even less expensive than the other one I ordered that IMO was pretty much garbage. I absolutely love this wig and it's inexpensive enough that buying it once every couple of months is totally doable! And if you're not wearing it every day like me, it will stay in good condition much longer! Update~so I got my 2nd of these wigs and I am so sad to say it's not as good as the first one. The bangs are much more uneven so I usually end up brushing them to the side. I will post a pic, I'm actually wearing the wig up but you can still see the bangs & how they look totally different than the initial ones. It looks like a different wig! 😳 I guess you just never know exactly what you're going to get so just wanted to warn people of that before they order! ... show more
