I already had the small one which is super cute and well-made. I've had that one for several months and there was no fraying or difficult zippers at all. I decided to get the medium size because I wanted the side pocket for my cell phone and I needed the added space to fit my long wallet. This is a terrific bag. It is well made. The price is great. It is an excellent copy of a designer bag, and it is lightweight. I don't need to lug around as much these days so it is just perfect for everyday errands. This purse is cute and just the right size to hold a wallet, cell phone and a few essentials. The strap has several holes which make adjustment easy as well. I chose the black hardware and it has a nice look and seems durable so far.

UPDATE: I've used these purses consistently for the past 4 years with no quality issues. The color I'm using now I've used nearly every day for the past 2 years and it still looks brand new and it's the nude color. You won't be able to find better quality, style, or functional features in any other bag. Perfect size, high quality, smooth zipper, two interior pockets (one slip and one zipper), lightweight, looks expensive, and stylish. Don't hesitate, you will not be disappointed. While I love a certain black leather designer camera bag with a tassel, there is no way to justify its $1600. price, nor do I want to buy a used one. Instead, I purchased the black with black hardware bag from this company, and it's super and holds a full sized wallet, keychain, a larger mobile phone, a packable reusable shopping bag, and a lipstick or compact. The hardware is more a soft pewter color than pure black. The zipper seems sturdy enough and I've been carrying this bag everwhere since buying it.
