Very nice Arbor press, all around a good unit, but there is no stop collar included, others have found that there is no stop collar contrary to the listing claim that a stop collar is included with the press, I probably would not have ever used a stop collar regardless do not mislead consumers with false statements, Besides this issue the press itself is well made and a excellent press even lacking the aforementioned stop collar. ... show more

    • Sturdy, functional arbor press, fit and finish better than I expected.
As some other reviewers mentioned, the punches did not stay in the arbor using the magnetic insert on the unit that I received. I submitted a question via Amazon asking if they had replacement parts for this and the LLDSIMEX agent was responsive and helpful using Amazon messaging. They sent out a second unit which works better with the punches. I can make it work for my purposes when I need to use the punches.     • Hope I got a bad one
Sadly the one I got was not up to par even for a cheap press. I usually dont expect perfection and also expect to work on items to make them better. This one had to many issues. Holes not centered and some rough finishing. But the worst is that the gears or splines on the pinion as they call it seems like it was done by someone with a dull machine. So bad that if play is taken out of the ram the pinion jams. So for it to work I need to leave the ram loose. It will suffice for what I need but still, it's basically not worth buying. I would not buy again. Spend more money if any sort of decent operation is needed., ... show more

I like how sturdy it it feels. It's heavy. The wheel functions smoothly . The bar on the right hand side tide moves nicely in-and-out of its slot, but the nut that holds it locked locked doesn't function very well i.e. It slips out of place. The press moves up-and-down nicely the base turns smoothly, it was covered in a lot of oil but once cleaned up is better. The paint finish on the item came looking just fine no rust. Makes attaching rivets so much easier! I was tired of the loud noice of a hammer and having to run down to the basement to do it! This was affordable and allows me with some modification add ons to do other crafts as well! Glad I decided to try it! G

    • Does not come with a depth stop collar
Does not come with a depth stop collar. Instructions/parts list mention it as not pictured as well as include instructions for using the collar. Searching the phrase led to an image of a metal disc with a square hole and set screws that would lock it in place around the ram and stop the ram at a particular depth. Otherwise it is a solid machine exactly the quality you would expect for the price. ... show more

    • Works, but not great
I constantly have to tighten things on it, especially the handle. The inside of the shaft is supposed to be magnetic to keep a metal stamp in place, but mine is not, or it's super weak. It does not hold any of my stamps. All in all; it works for other things, but I'll be buying a better one at some point. HF was out of them at the time I bought this one; I'll be getting one from there as soon as I can. ... show more
