It’s ok considering the price. The belt is extremely stiff. It’s extremely boxy, making it obvious I’m wearing it beneath my clothes. There’s zero give to it. It’s also difficult to clean, I can’t just take a cloth to it. The inside is textured with tiny holes and the sweat all pools in them. The Velcro is comically strong, but I’m hoping that will wear down over time. I would have preferred a different one. It’s weird because given the price, it is very sturdy and I guess well made, but these are my gripes. I like that the Velcro thing is only in the middle and not along the entire edge, so it does not scratch at my skin. I wear a size 5 and a medium fits me fine. ... show more

I used this thing for 30 minutes and when I took it off I didn’t realize just how much sweating was going on underneath until I saw a literal shower of sweat dripping off it. It’s super comfortable, and though it may look a little goofy at first it’s definitely a game changer for me. I’m a big girl (5’3, 230lbs) and I was initially worried it might not fit, but the XL size was perfect and even has some extra room so I think someone near the 300lb mark could use this (my highest is 260 so I can confidently say it would fit). It also helps with my backache pains while working out, so that’s a plus for me. For the way cheaper price point you literally cannot talk me down from recommending this one. ... show more

IMPOSSIBLE to wear because of smell of rubber! I washed it, sprayed it ( used the new Pooph ) and Fabreez and laid it in the sun for days. Smells like a burned tire. So sad because it is exactly what I need. Any idea how I can get the smell out. Help

Not very stretchy in comparison to my previous one made by Sweet sweat. After wearing it for a while and go to take it off I can feel it peel the top layer of my skin off with it. Definitely not what I was hoping it would be.
