First thing I noticed was this is a very grippy texture. It’s soft and rubbery and definitely adds a lot of grip. It’s slightly stretchy so when applying to your controller you can correct little alignment mistakes you might make. The material is also thinner then expected so it doesn’t add much bulk to the controller. Overall I’d say get it and don’t think twice. Got this for my PS Portal to help with longer sessions. Really like how the grips feel and the blue color looks nice. Just had a hard time getting it perfectly flat since it is ridiculously sticky. I mean idk why I was expecting it to be cheap and just kind of like a cool look to controller like a skin or something but it actually has some good stuff they use to keep your hands from sliding until you put one half on the controller you’ll be like wow and can feel one hand slipping and one not ! I’ve tried several controller skins from different sources for my PS4 and now my PS5 controllers, and this is my favorite that I’ve ever bought! It’s a lot cheaper than some, but I prefer it! The minimalistic design is nice if you care about the color of your controller like I do. The material is really nice! Sort of a mix between leather, foam, and rubber it’s hard to describe. It’s very comfortable to hold and really helps with grip and sweaty hands. The installation was really easy because it came with a little diagram telling you where to press to get it installed just right. It fits all the curves and cracks of the controller JUST right. Also, it doesn’t cover any creases, so you can still take apart the controller if need be, something that most adhesive controller grips inhibit. Overall, really great! A definite must if you’re a regular PS5 player with a little extra spending money!! ... show more
