I research everything I purchased, whether online or in person. I believe it pays to be an educated shopper. My wife and I recently purchased EV stand up scooters and we both believe proper PPE is vital. There are many options out there for bike/scooter helmets but one thing common amongst many of them is they run small and do not properly fit most adult heads. While doing my research the Livall EVO21 kept coming up in the top 5, and only one of two with the lighting features I was looking for. Most bike/scooter helmets are ugly but not the Livall EVO21, which also was another determining factor in to my purchase. I bought the white & black EVO21 for myself and the purple EVO21 for my wife. These helmets are comfortable, they look and feel amazing and the lighting features can be seen from quite a distance. The Livall App could be better and more user friendly but that is a very minor negative that does not take away from the Livall EVO21 bike/scooter helmet whatsoever. If you're an adult looking for a stylish bike/scooter helmet that looks good and fits adult heads, this is the helmet for you. ... show more

I really love this LIVALL. It has good features and Lights. The fit is good and snug and the app allows you to access some features, however I was very disappointed with the mountable Remote. The battery was dead so I replaced it and it worked that one time. It was very difficult to pair Remote. Every time I use the Helmet the Remote won’t work or turn on even with new button type battery so now if I want to use turn signal from Helmet the only working option is using the app and phone through Bluetooth which I have to put on hold until the phone mount I ordered is delivered which is late. ... show more

We got ours yesterday and wow, I was impressed. They are very light and very comfortable. They were easy to set up and charge. The lights I think are pretty cool. Took them for a ride and we have nothing but great things to say(except for the one controller). However the wife was not a happy. Her control was almost dead and was not working properly. Is there anything Livall would do to help? If so, please do and I will change my review to a beater one. My personal over all experience was great, so I would recommend them to everyone! I wanted to love this helmet. The light, the visibility it offers at night, the fall alert system - all that sounded amazing. When I put it on the first thing I noticed is the hard plastic in the back that is literally pushed against my head and prevented my head from resting against the foam. If I were to take a fall, it's easy for me to imagine that plastic being a problem. When I compared to my old helmet with an adjustable fit, I couldn't help but notice the hardware in my old one is nicely recessed into the foam. This one protrudes about 1/4" of an inch or more, with a rounded but still pointy spot being the point of contact with my head. Perhaps I have an unusual head that is somehow incompatible with this helmet, but I've never had a helmet with this problem before. The non standard charging port is another unfortunate shortcoming of this helmet. They probably had a good reason for it, but I prefer to use USB-C as much as possible. I had to return it.
