I got this pallet for my daughter since she has become very interested in makeup after watching me do mine. I thought this would be perfect for her and it is. However, it was pictured with a mirror and came without one. I wanted the mirror since our bathroom is small and there isn't room for both of us at it and she wants to do her makeup when I do mine. The picture needs to be updated to show that pallet does not have a mirror as many of the other reviews state. I would still buy this again though ... show more

I got it as a stocking stuffer for my toddler because she is currently obsessing over stealing my makeup and trying some of it on. She loved this pallet and little brushes it came with and couple of her dolls, and mom of-course, got a makeover this Christmas. One thing to keep in mind when getting it as gift is that the eye shadows are pretty fragile and packaging is sealed, so you don’t really get to see what’s inside until the package is opened and might find one or more crushed colors. We had one color completely crashed, but since it didn’t bother my toddler and she pocked some other colors while playing that same day, it didn’t bother me and my review is still 5-star. Purchased two makeup kits for my great nieces, aged 8 & 10. They LOVE them. The makeup is colorful and real, but very sheer, so its not clownish. Quality is ok, no skin irritation has occurred. The palette is so cute! However, it came broken. I didn’t realize this as I stuck it in the caboodle with the clear packaging around it since it was a birthday gift. The birthday girl still loved it though and didn’t want to give it back so I could exchange it 😂. Moral of the story, open the plastic covering and check it before you gift it. ... show more

We have the ice cream and Frozen and are a big hit with my girly 5 year old. I like them because the eye shadow wears off very quickly. So even if she covers her eyes in bright blue within an hour it has faded which I personally like. I trust the lip smackers brand and like their products.
