The first time I use these tools, the red stain started coming off all over my clay in the water bucket. It was super annoying. After the first couple uses, the bleeding was over, and the tools themselves seem to work fine.

I guess you get what you pay for with these tools. Several of the tools broke (metal bent, tip came apart from the handle, handle split) the first time I used them. Would definitely recommend spending just a little more for something nicer.
