I waited a while to see how these would hold up and so far so good. I am in FL and the saltwater will wear out the best of trailer lights. They will eventually stop working and usually only last a year or two. Focus on wiring up everything with heat shrink as much as you can and especially any connections under water. Unfortunately, the connections to the lights are where they usually fail. We will see how long these last but no complaints so far. Came with lots of marker lights, wiring, reflective stickers, and of course the lights. There really isn't much to wiring up a trailer and after doing it every year (multiple boat trailers and regular trailers), it gets real easy. LOL! I am so far impressed with these lights and would definitely buy again...will probably have to next year for this trailer or my others. LOL! ... show more

I recently upgraded the lights on my 5.5x10' utility trailer with this new LED light kit, and it has been an excellent enhancement. The installation process was pretty straightforward—helpful for those with a bit of DIY experience. The kit included everything one could need: brake lights, turn signals, a license plate mount, wire harness, and even reflective stickers, making it a comprehensive package for any trailer upgrade. The LED lights are notably bright, and the fact that they are submersible is a huge plus, providing peace of mind when approaching wet or damp conditions. This feature, while more commonly beneficial for boat trailers, adds an extra layer of durability and versatility to utility trailers like mine. However, there was a slight issue with the wiring. Despite promises of solid copper wires, which are known for their superior quality and durability, the wires provided are copper-coated aluminum (CCA). This was a bit disappointing, although it doesn't hugely impact the overall functionality, it's something to keep in mind for those who may prioritize premium wiring. The extras included in the kit, such as a center brake light, multiple side marker lights, and all the necessary mounting hardware, really make this product stand out. It provides exceptional value, especially considering the breadth of components and the price point. Given the completeness of the kit, the quality of the components (with a slight caveat about the wiring), and how well it fits my utility trailer's needs, I feel comfortable giving this product a strong 4-star rating. This is a good set for a variety of projects. I did not use everything in the kit, but used the individual parts to replace most of the rear wiring in my utility trailer. All the connectors and accessories are of a good quality and the lights look good and are super bright. There is a nice wiring harness and the instructions are easy to follow. We have not tested the submersible feature but it’s nice to know everything is waterproof. No complaints. ... show more

    • Easy to install, Everything I needed in 1 kit
This kit was great as it had everything I wanted to use all in one purchase. If you've ever installed trailer lights, they're pretty similar. This was just as easy as the previous ones I've used. I love that the middle brake light was included in this kit. Many don't have that and it definitely enhances the safety. The lights are a good brightness. I've had some experience wiring trailer lights. I wired my trailer last summer and at the start of spring my new puppy decided to chew through all the wires while outside. She even chew up the license plate holder so I'm glad it has that as well. Great kit - Highly recommended! ... show more

    • Almost the Perfect Set
I like the brightness of te LED tail lights and its great that the total wiring set is included; tow vehicle plug and about 20 feet of trailer wire. The set includes licence plate bracket, fasteners and 6 side marker lights, 3 amber and 3 red. My only disappointment in my case is that the side marker lights are not self -grounding, so i had to add some eyelets to the negative wire and wrap it around to the mounting screw. Ok, not tok big of a deal, but then the wires coming out of the back side of the side marker light have no "notch" to allow the wires to exit the mounting surface. The poewr wires are dead center in the back side of the light so it requires drilling another hole in between the two mounting holes to let the wires pass through. Once finished it makes a clean lookkng install but just some extra steps. The kit also included a red light bar that can be used as a third brake light, but i did not have a 12" flat section of frame to put it on. Overall a nice set. ... show more

I got these to replace the lights on my 12' utility trailer - plenty of wire in the harness, bright LEDs and waterproof, a necessity in the PNW where I live. I like this set of lights so well that I plan to replace those on my old boat trailer as well.

Great kit. Lights are nice and the kit is complete, easy to install. My only thought was the wire may not be marine grade, but with good splicing and sealing it is fine.
