If you don’t want energy drinks, coffee, or tea, then this is for you! However, if you are not used to caffeine, do not eat a whole bar or you will get sick! I made that mistake! It will make Your heart pound, you’ll feel queasy and shaky, and feel like you’re severely drunk or medicated! Just a half bar at a time is plenty! These don’t taste good, but they don’t taste bad. They are just healthy, dark chocolate without a bunch of sugar. I like to break them up in pieces when I make healthy oat muffins. They are very expensive, but if you only have half a bar once a week it’s no big deal and even good for your health in that amount. I eat half a bar and crank up techno music and clean for a few hours! Reduce blood pressure when you eat chocolate includes 70% and up coco. You need to eat it 4 times a day that total oz is 0.89oz. Therefore, I bought.

We've taste-tested many, many dark chocolate brands and this Lindt 70% is the best tasting (and creamiest) there is. Are we a consumer product taste-testing company or organization? No, we're a bunch of OCD freaks who love chocolate! This box of chocolate arrived inside a large extremely padded box, padded on all four sides so it could survive a fall from 30,000 feet! What's more, there were 2 large gel-packs around the chocolate still cold the day after arrival when this lazy fool finally got around to opening it. I've ordered all kinds of strange things through the mail including very expensive wine, and gourmet food items, BUT the packaging on this blew me away!!! ... show more

So nice to see Amazon ship a paper/cardboard recyclable cold packaging with cooling packs. Other manufacturers use styrofoam which is non recyclable and messy to get rid of.
