My 3 1/2 year old son is addicted to this movie. So I thought I'd try and find a bell and box similar to the movie and sneak it under the tree. Well, LilyDeal did ALL the work for me! This bell is SOLID, and the quality is Outstanding! I am more than pleased with my purchase. Here's some things you might want to know... 1. The box and bow are more identical to the movie than you could probably find on your own. But the box is a little taller than the movie and doesn't have a name tag on the outside. I think this might be because the bell is bigger than the bell in the movie, but not by much. Hard to tell. 2. I think the "tassel" on the bell in the movie is red and this bell has a nice thick leather "tassel" - but it is brown. 3. The bell is already in the box and the ribbon tied around it. If you wanted to inspect your gift before Christmas or engrave it, as I plan to do, you have to untie it. 4. I bought the version with a "Ticket". I almost threw away the ticket because I assumed it was inside the box with the bell, it was not, it's in the main shipping box and hard to see cause it's standing up on the side of the box, not laying down flat in the box. In other words, mine was vertical, not horizontal. Don't accidentally throw away your ticket! (or perhaps maybe you should, you'll get a free trip to the Engine! Woot Woot). 5. The bell is inside a red velvet bag inside the box. In the movie, there is not a bag in the box. This bag does help muffle the sound if you have someone who is going to shake their gift. 6. There is a certificate of authenticity which seems to take the place of the personal note from Santa - in the movie. It names the elf that inspected it, the reindeer the bell came from, etc. It's signed by Santa and the inspecting elf. It's cute and adequate, but again, not in the movie. 7. Lastly, the box the box came in. It was shipped in this nice, thick cardboard box, that protected the bow and the striped box. This is the same box the ticket is in. This made the perfect gift for our little boy who adores the Polar Express! The packaging was fantastic and looked just like the movie. The bell is big and solid. The ticket is a thick paper material that has held up great so far-three weeks and counting (which every parent should appreciate as impressive when the child is only three!). I thought this special bell was perfect, with the exception of the cost. I thought it was too high, but I paid it anyway. Everything about it was lovely, the bell is sized larger than I expected, has a nice thickness and weight to it, very substantial. The red and white striped box with the green bow was exactly like it was in the movie, The Polar Express, and that detail was unmistakable to a child. I ordered this for my husband, received it and he was very happy with the bell, the gift box, the little certificate of authenticity…but there was no keepsake gold ticket included. I didn’t say anything in front of him, but I grabbed the shipping box and checked it, no ticket.

The bell is humongous just like the movie it even has the little part of the sleigh from the scene when it first fell off of the reindeer on Santa’s sleigh. The tickets are perfect and the present looks so nice with the cutest bow tied up with the bell inside.
