The coloration of these skates is pretty vibrant, and they overall look quite nice. However, they run just a bit bigger than I was expecting, and the provided insole is quite thin. This made them a bit too big for use, and I ended up using a larger sized insole instead. It's not the most sturdy or high quality skates you could get, but if you're looking for skates for a beginner or for a casual skater, this is probably still just fine. ... show more

We moved to Maine and my 15yo daughter joined the high school ice hockey team. She had never been on ice skates before but she learned quickly. My 13yo daughter was dying to join her sister on the ice. I was happy to find these ice skates for her. They are intended for figure skating and not hockey. But they are just right for letting my youngest daughter learn to skate and get comfortable on the ice. My daughters both love the colors and the overall look of the skates. The skates seem to be pretty good quality for a beginner skate. They fit a bit bigger than I expected based on the sizing chart. She has left the thin insole in the shoe. Ice skates vary widely in cost and these seem to be overpriced based on the quality and craftsmanship. ... show more

This ice skate shoes are beautiful. I like the color and its out look. The size is true, fits my feet very well. However, the material around the ankle seems not hard enough, I am kind of worried that if it can provide good protection for the ankles.

I'm OBSESSED!!!!!!! I have never seen such a beautiful pair of ice skates in my entire life. They're great quality and the colors are true to the photo shown on Amazon. I'm a super duper novice skater-- I got these because my sister just installed a mini ice rink in her backyard and I figured it'd be fun to skate with my nephews if I can keep my balance for more than a second LOL... so for context, I'm not knowledgeable at ALL about technicalities of skates, materials, etc. It just seems really nice from a total newbie standpoint, sturdy material and cushioned interior.     • The actual skates are good, but the boot could use some work.

The craftsmanship of these skates are surprisingly good, but I wish the padding was better. The sizing is spot on. My daughter really likes these, but we will be purchasing different inserts. For the price, I feel like the inserts should be a bit thicker and more comfortable.
