Love the therapy lamp! Can change from brightest to lowest light. I use my light at very brightest. Use it right when I get up while I have my coffee. 30 minutes every morning. It makes me feel good and I would recommend it is all I can say.

I use this lamp every day and like that I can change up the tone, brightness level, timer, etc. Sometimes my hand hits the buttons I don't mean to hit because they're all around the upper edge, but I haven't found that to be a big deal.

I bought this to simulate sunshine in a dim room. It works great, and is simple to use and has several light shades and brightness settings. I like the timer too when I don't want to forget to turn it off. I took a star away because on a few occasions it stopped working but magically worked again the next day. I don't usually take the time to write reviews, but this product deserves one. I was having trouble getting enough good rest at night. I suspected that my inner clock needed to be reset. This therapy light is one of the least expensive ones available, and other people said they liked it, so I gave it a try. I started using it first thing in the morning for about two hours, adjusting the intensity so that it was strong but comfortable. Within 7-10 days of regular use, I noticed my body shutting down earlier in the evening, so now I'm in bed by 10 o'clock. I wake up feeling refreshed for the first time in years, and my whole body seems healthier and happier. If you need help getting better sleep, I recommend you try this first before you spend much money on other remedies. ... show more

My functional medicine doctor told me to purchase one of these so that I could get light exposure first thing in the morning. I try to get I the sun first thing, but sometimes in Ohio that just isn’t possible. I have been using this every morning for about a month and I’m noticing that I now wake up at the same time every morning. I am also actually tired and going to sleep between 9-10 PM after struggling to fall asleep for a really long time. This is the only change I have made recently so I feel like it’s been really effective. It’s nice because it has different shades of light as well as brightness. It is so easy to turn on too.
