They are nice smooth rocks, very clean, and no dust. I should have read the fine print as to the size. The large (8) and medium (12) are nice sized. They will work for my rock painting. The photo of the small rocks (100) are too small for me to paint. They are nice pebbles and I will be using as a path in my fairy garden. They did come individually packaged by size in different pouches. You do not need to separate them yourself. I would order from this company again but next time I will read the fine print in regards to the size. ... show more

The small rocks are pretty tiny, there not a size that could be used for painting for an arts & crafts activity. So, the 120 is really 20 rocks with 100 mini unusable pebbles. The sizes of the medium and large rocks weren't uniform, some of the medium ones were in the bag with the large ones and some of the medium ones were on the smaller side. I can use the medium and large ones for my craft but overall I'm disappointed because putting "120" on there feels like a trick since the 100 tiny ones can't really be used. ... show more
