I have had many artificial trees, and managed to keep a few them for a few years. I have higher hopes for this one! It is SO sturdy and easy to assemble - and it is simply gorgeous. It is full enough that if you don't want ornaments, it would be fine, but there is space enough for decades of collectibles if you are like me (my earliest ornament goes back to 1961 from my Grandma). I would recommend wearing a long sleeve tee shirt and cotton/lycra gardening gloves to "fluff" the branches - start in the back and move forward, and "messy" is OK... Like Mother Nature. I've included a wide picture so you can see scale... This IS a large tree. My hope is that the company makes a 6 or 7-footer in the future so my children can all buy one! My remote didn't work (though the foot pedal did, so I knew the lights were fine) and the company sent a replacement the same day - and it works beautifully. The ability to change from colored to white lights, to blinking and/or fading lights makes this fun for families with small children. We are fans! ... show more

This is tree is so beautiful and so easy to assemble. The lights that come on it are so bright. I could not be happier with this tree. Worth every penny! I had an issue with the remote it came broken. I called the company, and they were so kind gracious and are sending me a new remote. I would highly recommend the tree and of course the service and support that comes with it. Service is rare, so it's awesome when you get treated like a customer. Thank you, Liberty!! ... show more

Setup was fairly easy. The tree looks pretty good, although the center pole is visible. There are so many colored lights that the ornaments are nearly invisible and are almost unnecessary. The remote works well and easily changes the lighting. Ornaments do show up when the lights are white. All in all a good tree for the price and it comes with a storage bag. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. This is exactly what we were looking for and so glad we bought it! The different modes are great and it really is HUGE! It was easy to put together and even came with a storage bag. Definitely recommend this tree! Our ceilings are 12 ft and this tree is truly 10ft tall and at least 5ft around. The photos don’t do it justice. The only negatives I can say, the remote didn’t come with a battery and the white lights are more of a bright white than soft white. I prefer soft white. ... show more

    • $500 for a tree that cannot remember it's previous setting?
Out of the box, this tree is pretty full, branches look good, not many gaps or bare spots (fluffed accordingly), lots of lights, lots of tips. Easy to put together, labeled in 4 different pieces, which also includes labeling of the light connectors (not a power connect device, you must plug each light strand into the preceding one). But I have to rate this very low due to the fact that when it's turned off/on using smart switch (or just unplugging and plugging in), it does not remember the previous color/scene setting. We like to have it on steady white and have a smart switch that controls when it turns on/off along with our other Christmas lights. But this tree does not remember what the last setting was, so it defaults back to "Demo" which is a terribly annoying scene as it just cycles through ALL of the scenes, flashing, blinking, fading, white, multi-color, etc... I will most likely be returning this tree and opt for one that I do not have to leave on the entire Christmas or manually turn on/off using the remote or foot pad. Unless I am completely missing something, I am very disappointed in this tree and would not or cannot recommend. ... show more

A solid product--and the tree looks beautiful! We had some questions regarding the setup of the lighting. Customer Service was very professional and easy to work with. Definitely worth purchasing--and we're glad we got it!

We bought this tree last year and it’s very beautiful! We went to go put it up this year and we were having trouble getting the last 2 branches on the bottom to light up. We thought maybe we weren’t connecting them in the right order but we misplaced the user manual. I reached out to support to see if they could send us a copy of the manual, and they had me call their support tech Jesse. He was very helpful in sending us the user manual and he also threw in a free little birch tree! He said he could walk us through the set up and if one of the bulbs burnt out he said he could replace the part! 10/10 customer service!! ... show more
