Very impressed with the durability of this backpack! I am currently in nursing school and this bag has saved my life! The zippers glide with ease and the ruggedness of the bag makes for a very lasting item. This past week I was caught in the rain with no umbrella and the backpack did not allow water to penetrate the material! Highly impressed with it as it was pouring rain and the bag had surface water drops but my textbooks and contents were dry!! The one drawback I had to this backpack was the lack of durability in the buckle that fastens around the waist. Though I didn’t use it, it snapped in half, rendering it useless. All in all I wish they made a size bigger for me to include my laptop and other miscellaneous items. Overall size of compartments is great! This bag is currently weighing about 25-30lbs on any given day! ... show more

I bought this bag for a road trip and think it can handle all my hiking stuff. The bag looks and feels great. However, the flag patch that came with it has black stuff on it that won’t come off with soap and water. A little disappointing but again, the backpack itself looks great!
