  • Quality Display, Affordable price
I needed a monitor for a computer in my garage. I don’t have room for anything larger than this and didn’t need anything too extravagant. My criteria was getting a small, 1920x1080, IPS display, with at least 2 HDMI inputs. Anything else beyond that didn’t matter. This was my first time buying an LG display, and I’m glad I did. The menu perfect and nipple button below the monitor is very easy to operate. I plan on attaching it to an arm but the stand it comes with is good enough for now. Looks good too. If you need a small basic display for work, I think this is the benchmark. ... show more

  • Clear with good colors
Bought this to replace an immensely disappointing 22in HP monitor I had bought a month prior. After some painstaking color tweaking to get rid of any tinting of colors this has turned out to be a really nice monitor. Seems sturdy and well made. One annoyance is the AC Adapter as it is a 'Wall Wart' type adapter meaning making room for it on my computer's power strip was a slight pain. I wish they had went with the 'power brick' type configuration where the power supply was part way down the cord. ... show more

  • Read the dimensions before buying - especially the height
This is the same length as the monitor I replaced, but it's nowhere near as tall. That's on me though, I should have read the dimensions before buying. I figured all 22" monitors were the same - they are not. Everything is so much smaller on this monitor. I have the zoom on my browser set at 120% to get somewhat near what my old monitor showed. ... show more

  • Pretty good, I like it
Sturdy stand, great picture quality, good features, I like this monitor. Four stars because the power supply is built into the plug, which is large and odd-shaped - takes up too much space on the power strip, and the power cord is short side. I plug the monitor into a power strip beside the desk and I had to get a short extension cord to reach the power strip. ... show more

  • A very good 22" monitor
This is my first widescreen monitor for my home, replacing a square old monitor and I am very happy with the purchase. The colors are bright and vibrant - I had to turn down the brightness way down, because it was extremely bright even at a setting level of 50 out of 100. I also like that this has 2 HDMI inputs, something not very common. ... show more

  • Malfunctioned
Initially I was pretty happy with this monitor... it's not wonderful but good for its price point. But after about 2 hours of use, it developed a dead column of pixels. That doesn't make the monitor unusable, but having a vertical black line through the image is hardly optimal. My only other issue is with the little "joystick"/button that performs all the user functions for the monitor. It's easier than some other systems for navigating menus and such, but using it just to turn the monitor on and off is not very intuitive. A separate power button would be better. ... show more
