The slender medium fits perfectly inside the Coach Cary shoulder bag (the full size shoulder bag, not the smaller cross body) and even leaves room above the tops of the insert to access the few slots already built into the bag. But I found I could fit more in my bag using other slim zipper pouches without this insert... even though this is a 'slender' insert, it still takes up some space inside the bag, and that limits what else you can put in there. Still, if you don't try to pack it too full it could hold many essentials including an iPad. I ordered one of the pink colors since I wanted to keep the inside of my purse light to avoid things disappearing into the darkness - if you are looking at this for a Coach bag, the brown color looks like it might match pretty close. ... show more

I purchase the large in hot pink for my vintage Louis Vuitton Roses neverfull mm. Without the insert it fits perfectly. With the center insert in and attached to the Velcro it makes the organizer very square and gaps at the ends. Looks odd and just doesn’t work. It’s extremely helpful for my LV GM Neverfull - however it doesn’t fit like perfect and things can get lost underneath it. Overall, don’t know how I would still use this purse without it! Oh and it’s perfect for a turning the LV into an organized carry-on for flights. -(Casey’s wife)
