  • Great Mid-Grade SD card for Video Recording
Style: Single Capacity: 128GB
Bottomline up front: A performance SD card that can handle all but the absolute highest video recordings I feel like this card is suitable for most non-professional users, like aspiring video creators. I use this SD card in my Sony FX30 and and I typically record at XAVC S 4K @ 60p, 200M 4:2:2 10 bit without any issues. Transferring from the card to my computer is super quick. You also get a reliable name for a reasonable price. Sure there are other V60 cards out there for cheaper, but have you seen some of those brand names??? Definitely recommend, as this card offers a good balance of price, performance, and known reliability, and would be suitable for most if not all casual to enthusiast users. Pros: - Reliable brand - Can handle all but recording at the highest settings (at that point, just get a V90 or CFA Express) - Reasonable price for storage amount - Durable - Seems suitable for most non-professional users, or maybe even as a backup card for professional users Cons: - Higher storage volumes get pricey quickly ... show more

  • Great Memory Cards for High-Volume Shooting
Style: 2-Pack Capacity: 256GB
These Lexar 256GB Professional Memory Cards are great. I bought a pair because my Sony A7iii uses dual memory cards as it writes, so it's nice having a backup in the field. Pros: High Capacity: With 256GB per card, they handle a full day of shooting at rodeos without a problem. Dual Card Support: Perfect for my camera's dual memory card setup, providing a reliable backup. Speed: The UHS-II, C10, U3, V60 ratings ensure fast and efficient writing, which is crucial during high-speed shooting events. Cons: None: These cards have been reliable and efficient for my needs. Overall, these memory cards are a great choice for anyone needing high-capacity, high-speed storage for their camera. They’ve been perfect for my rodeo shoots, and the dual pack offers a great value. ... show more

  • Records video at 600 Mbps with no issues... great SD card!
Style: Single Capacity: 256GB
I used this Lexar 256GB V60 (1667X) card with my Panasonic G9Mk2 camera. The camera gets used for both photos and videos, but I am particularly interested in recording video at some of the higher data rates that the G9Mk2 supports. Using this Lexar 256GB card, I did a test recording at 600 megabits per second, which is 4K video at 59.94 frames per second. My test recording was 4.5 minutes long, and it went perfectly. The Panasonic G9Mk2 has many video settings, and this particular setting is probably best for recording a film or video program -- you'd probably want to use a slower data rate for continuous recording of a presentation or event. (The G9Mk2 has an excellent 4K recording setting at 150 Mbps, which is ideal for continuous recording.) In any event, the Lexar 256GB V60 card worked perfectly without a glitch at 600 Mbps, and I've used it extensively at video settings of 150 Mbps and 200 Mbps without any dropouts or crashes. I highly recommend this Lexar SD card for professional video recording. It also works great in the Panasonic G9Mk2 for photographic burst recording, including shooting RAW files. To date, after a few weeks use, I have had no glitches or slowdowns shooting either photos or video. The Lexar 256GB V60 (1667X) card is the real deal that has the speed advertised and is excellent for both video and audio. ... show more

  • Ideal for my use, great price
Style: 2-Pack Capacity: 128GB
These 128 Gb Lexar 1667x v60 UHS-II cards work perfectly with my Canon EOS R7 for video and photo shooting. They're the just-right Goldilocks cards for my use and budget, providing sufficient speed and plenty of storage for hours of 4K video or RAW photo shooting at a great price. The capacity is more than sufficient if you are wise and don't keep multiple shoots on the cards without downloading to your editing storage. If you're a pro-level photographer these v60 cards might not keep you from outruning the buffer, but that hasn't been my experience. Having two card slots in the R7 lets me dual write to both cards just in case one fails, but I've been shooting digital photos for more than 20 years and have only had one SD card fail, a more expensive ProGrade. My Lexar and SanDisk cards have all been bulletproof. ... show more

  • Reliable so far with my camera
Style: 2-Pack Capacity: 256GB
First of all, having a 2-pack of these memory cards is a handy bonus. It gives me peace of mind knowing I have a backup card when I'm out shooting photos or videos. The 256GB storage capacity is ample for my needs, allowing me to capture a large number of high-resolution images and 4K videos without constantly worrying about running out of space. When it comes to compatibility, these cards have worked flawlessly with both my Sony A7R IV and Panasonic G9 cameras. I haven't experienced any compatibility issues or error messages, which is a relief. It's nice to have a memory card that plays well with different camera brands. In terms of speed, these cards are reasonably fast. While they might not be the absolute fastest on the market, they do the job well for most situations. I've been able to shoot bursts of high-resolution photos without any noticeable lag, and recording 4K videos has been smooth as well. One thing to keep in mind is that these cards are UHS-II, which means they offer faster data transfer speeds compared to UHS-I cards. However, to fully take advantage of their speed, you'll need a UHS-II compatible card reader. So, if you're transferring your files to a computer, make sure you have the right equipment to maximize their performance. Overall, the Lexar Professional 1667x 256GB (2-Pack) Memory SDXC UHS-II Cards have been reliable and convenient for my photography needs. They offer a good balance of storage capacity and speed, and the 2-pack gives me peace of mind when I'm out on a shoot. If you're a casual photographer or videographer like me, these cards should serve you well without breaking the bank. ... show more

  • decent cards for the money
Style: 2-Pack Capacity: 128GB
For the money, these are pretty decent although I had one issue when recording video one of the cards got corrupted and thought my footage was lost but was able to recover the lost data on the card. I have used it after that with no issue so I think that was just a fluke thing.
